How it works
At Serenity Dental, we’re pleased to offer our $199 Whitening for Life program. We want our patients to have beautiful, healthy smiles they can be proud of — and this program helps you maintain yours through regular professional care.
- Pay a one-time enrolment fee of $199
- Receive custom-made whitening trays, 3 tubes of whitening gel, and a tray case
- Receive one free tube of whitening gel at each recall visit — for life*
Guidelines for new patients
- Must be at least 16 years old, not pregnant or nursing
- Complete a comprehensive new-patient exam, appropriate X-rays, and a cleaning, and follow through with any necessary treatment (cavities, gum disease, and other deteriorative issues) — healthy gums and teeth are required before whitening, otherwise it could harm your oral health
- No outstanding bills or insurance claims with Serenity Dental (dues cleared within 30 days)
- Provide 48-hour notice before postponing or changing an appointment
Guidelines for existing patients
- At least 16 years of age, not pregnant or nursing
- Comply with the minimum required dental care as treatment-planned
- At least six months of patient history without a missed appointment
- 48-hour notice for appointment changes; no outstanding bills
Staying in the program
- Keep your hygiene schedule of at least two visits a year (roughly 6-month intervals; no more than 20 days overdue)
- Additional gel beyond your free annual tubes: $15/tube**
- Trays are evaluated for fit every three years; replacement, if needed, at patient’s cost (lost or broken trays: $75, or $50 if you still have your models)**
- Our doctors may modify or cancel the program for a patient’s wellbeing if future research changes whitening guidelines
Should any of the guidelines not be met, enrolment lapses — with the opportunity to re-enrol for a $50 re-activation fee.
*The no-charge tubes are the number required to maintain a white smile for the average dental patient; additional tubes are available for purchase for those desiring even brighter teeth or with naturally darker tones. **Replacement tray and gel pricing is evaluated annually and adjusted for material and operating costs. Serenity Dental, its doctors and staff reserve the right to refuse or modify the offer where necessary based on patient health conditions, misuse, or other factors, and to change product type, amount, frequency of distribution, and terms where needed. If whitening-solution costs reach unreasonable levels, Serenity Dental reserves the right to modify or cancel the program.
